HTTPS on Sitemason's Servers

Calling a page securely over the HTTPS (HTTP Secure) protocol is something that frequently comes up, generally when forms, logins, and/or e-commerce are involved.

All Sitemason® sites can use the shared secure server: secure.sitemason.com.  Here's an example of how this works:

  • Standard: http://www.example.com/myPage
  • Secure: https://secure.sitemason.com/www.example.com/myPage

If you want to call the above example securely from within your own domain (i.e. "https://www.example.com/myPage"), you'll need your own secure certificate.  Sitemason hosts such a setup in a very robust manner.  Please visit this page to learn more about it:

And you can visit our Pricing page to find a package that fits your needs.
