Sitemason has completely redone their support page using the wonderful Zendesk service. This adds all sorts of great resources for our users and staff such as community forums, feature requests, bug reporting, & tons of new tutorials. Sitemason is also using Zendesk for a ticket system that helps users track their issues when emailing support@sitemason.com or posting to the forums.
We hope our new support site will help you through your Sitemason experience, and give more avenues to get answers in the ways you work best.
As always, let us know if there's anything we can help you with, but now you can do so by posting in the forums, emailing support, or starting a ticket right from the support site!
