Add Location fields to Site-Wide-Search

Currently the location fields (Address, City, State, Zip) are not included in the Sitemason site-wide-search. We have a project now that is requiring this feature and waiting for implementation.

This has been added for Title & City. Address & Zip have not been added and are not planned.
