PHP & MySQL Info

All Sitemason accounts have PHP enabled and access to MySQL.  Here are some frequently asked-about settings and versions:



PHP 5.3.x (mod_php)

  • with Zend Optimizer and ionCube Loader
  • configured with support for: openSSL, gd, cURL, XSL
  • safe_mode = OFF

MySQL 5.1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • access to the server is restricted to connections originating from only our web servers.  Customer access is available via a centralized installation of phpMyAdmin: http://pma.sitemason.com
  • the MySQL database hostname is csdb.sitemason.com, not "localhost"
